Terms and Conditions


On the day

We do not allow videos or photography of the course content either on the practical or theory.

If the instructor feels that the delegate can not pass the course only a certificate of  Awareness will be issued, Not a certificate of competency



Payment Terms

Payment is required 7 days prior to training or 30 days on receipt of invoice along with a purchase order, the invoice is sent via email and contains a link to pay by card – NO PayPal account is required (sent separately and sometimes goes to JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS) or either via cheque, bank transfer, or card payment, that can be taken on the day.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a simple cancellation policy once you have confirmed a booking for an onsite course:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel. Cancellations can be accepted by telephone, letter, or email, but telephone cancellations must be backed up by a written letter or email confirmation.

·       If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, we will charge you the full amount. If you have prepaid, this will not be refunded.

·       If you cancel between 29 and 8 days prior to the course date 50% of the full amount will be added to your invoice. If you have prepaid, 50% will be refunded.

·       If you cancel before 30 days or more prior to the course date and have prepaid the full amount will be refunded.

·       We may charge you for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by us in relation to cancelling your booking.

Aditi Safety Training Ltd reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. Should this occur, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund (if the payment has been made in advance).

Aditi Safety Training do not accept responsibility for changes to any course that are beyond our control, this will include the clients premises, facilities or equipment, all client facilities and equipment must be up to standard.

Please note, that by booking our courses you are accepting our business and cancellation terms. You must be authorised by your organisation to make a booking.


Certification and Training


All Certificates and paperwork will be property of Aditi Safety Training Ltd and will not be issued until full Payment has been received and cleared.


Documentation will only be sent to the person or company having paid the invoice. In the event that a Delegate has left the employment of the paying company, then it is the individual’s responsibility and duty to make suitable arrangements are made directly with that company.
