Inspection Report Forms

As mentioned above we will leave you with a LOLER Inspection report form for you to edit to suit your particular vehicle / items

Although the report form will cover a lot of information, not all equipment and vehicles are the same, so you may also want to check the handbook of your vehicle as this may provide information on the LOLER Inspection criteria which may not be included on these forms
